The Bellafont Gardens pool is one of our community's favorite amenities—a perfect place to relax, cool off, exercise, and connect with neighbors. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning swim, spending an afternoon with family, or unwinding after a long day, we hope you'll make the most of this wonderful community resource.
Pool Access
Each household is assigned a unique pool access code.
🔑 Please do not share your access code with anyone outside your household.
Pool access is reserved exclusively for Bellafont Gardens residents and their authorized guests.
Unauthorized sharing of access codes may result in:
- Suspension of pool privileges
- Reprogramming fees
- Additional enforcement action as determined by the Board
If you need assistance with your access code, please contact a Board member.
Pool Courtesy Guidelines
Help keep our pool safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone:
✅ Clean up after yourself
✅ Dispose of trash in designated receptacles
✅ Supervise children at all times
✅ Respect posted pool hours
✅ Keep noise levels considerate of nearby residents
✅ Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Safety First
For everyone's safety:
- No glass containers in the pool area
- No running on the pool deck
- No roughhousing or unsafe behavior
- Children who are not confident swimmers should be closely supervised
- Swim at your own risk
- No Pets
Guests
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests while using the pool facilities. Please ensure your guests follow all pool rules and community standards.
A maximum of 6 guests per household.
