POA DUES

Current POA Dues

Effective January 1, 2023 the dues for all owners of a unit in the Bellafont Gardens neighborhood are $288 per month.  Upon the purchase of a unit there shall be a $500 Initial Assessment paid by the buyer at closing to Bellafont Gardens POA. There is a 10% penalty for any past due amounts, which re-calculates every month on the outstanding balance.

What the Dues Pay for

• Lawn care maintenance year round
• Sprinkler maintenance
• Water for sprinkler systems
• Insurance on the outside of properties to the studs on the inside of the home - including the deductible for covered damages
• Current policy
• Clubhouse use and maintenance
• Pool use and maintenance
• Maintenance of streets and common areas
• Financial accounting/collections responsibilities

How to pay POA dues

Dues are paid monthly. You may pay by check or autodraft payments directly from your bank.
