Purpose of the POA
About the Community
Bellafont Gardens, formerly Zion Valley Estates, consists of 100 condominium units in 50 buildings ranging in size from approximately 1700 to 2500 sq. feet. The neighborhood is located on the northern side of Fayetteville bordering Zion Road to the North, Joyce Boulevard to the South and Vantage Avenue to the West.
Responsibilities of the POA
- Ensure all property owners conform to the covenants outlined in the master deed for the neighborhood.
- Maintain the common grounds in the neighborhood including the pool, clubhouse, sprinkler systems, landscaping and lawn care.
- Provide an insurance policy for the outside of each building
- Maintain the neighborhood streets
