Neighborhood Rules

• There is a 15 MPH Speed Limit throughout the subdivision
• No Parking is allowed in the Streets
• No Parking is permitted on the grass
• Yield to Pedestrians
• No Unauthorized Soliciting
• NO Political signs allowed in yards
• NO advertising signs allowed in yards
• Grills cannot be within 5 1/2 feet of your home when in use
• Pool Use is for Owner and Tenant use only
• No trampolines or bouncy houses are permitted in common areas.
• Kiddie pools and toys must be removed daily so that lawncare personnel are able to perform their duties. (Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
• Pets are required to be on a leash at ALL times. This is required and enforced by the City of Fayetteville, and therefore included as a neighborhood rule.
• No garage sales are allowed without written approval from the Board
• If planting trees, even within your flower bed, you must receive approval from the Board

Common Area Cleanliness & Courtesy
To maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community for everyone, residents and their guests shall not:

• Perform personal grooming (including haircuts, shaving, nail trimming, or pet grooming) in any common area. 
• Leave behind hair, grooming waste, litter, food, or any other debris. 
• Fail to clean up after any activity conducted in the common areas. 

Residents are responsible for ensuring their children and guests comply with these rules.
