Bellafont Creek

Bellafont Creek is a water management creek that runs through our neighborhood. It is not for any garden debris, do not play in the creek or try to dam it up with sticks. All these things cause the water to flow where it should not and possibly damage property.

Loss assessment coverage is often an optional protection that can be added to a unit owner's condo insurance policy, and there are many scenarios in which it may come in handy.
